Nevertheless

We had a nice, although slightly busy, Christmas visiting family and friends. That being said, none of our family is going anywhere soon because both Sarah and Laura are in town until mid-January. We also had our first real Christmas tree this year, which was exciting and kinda fun. One of my more exciting gifts was the new cd by Nevertheless. I heard their song Sleeping In on the way to school one morning and spent 45 minutes after work trying to figure out who it was. It's a pretty cool song, and oddly enough one which I think my students would really identify with - the pressure of popularity and the rat-race of fitting in at school. Anyway, I also received an iTunes gift card and I was out shopping and thought I'd make an update here. Hope everyone is having an awesome Christmas.
